We left the Philippines about a week ago. It seems like it was all a dream, or some idea that was planted in my brain. I look at my pictures again and again to see myself there to know that it was all real. Manila. My future home. Home. That excites me to say. Our two weeks that we spent there were so thrilling and amazing. It's hard to put into words really. I had so many questions going there and maybe not all of them were answered, but my heart is at peace. Our time of departure could not come quick enough. I left my heart in that city, and I can't wait to go back.
I hope to take these next few posts and share my experiences with you. To give you an insiders look into our time there, and what the future holds for us.
We are so pumped for this Spring and Summer, to travel and present this renewed passion we have for this place. God is doing so much there already, but there is so much more to come. It is a very exciting time to be a part of God's work there. Stay tuned for some thoughts about it all.

ReplyDeleteI really love that first shot of you guys overlooking the city. I think it would be a great shot to use for supporters. Maybe add a verse you are believing for Manila, and/or prayer points with contact information...this could be included on the back or front. And maybe make it into a magnet pic for supporters/prayer warriors fridges.
