Check out the size of that store! It was awesome. And I was in grocery store Heaven. One of the first things Jordan said when we walked in was, "Oh man...we're gonna be here a while." But he too was soon engulfed in the awesomeness that is WHOLE FOODS! Which got me excited for what was just around the corner. THANKSGIVING! I've been excited for quite a while it's true, but it's so close I can almost taste it! And I've been dreaming up so many recipes. Which has made it hard to figure out just what exactly I'm going to do. But after much planning...
I think I have it all figured out. I've pulled recipes from many places and here are some of my favorites I've been sifting through:
Of course at the top would be Angela from Oh She Glows.
I have also been a long time fan of 101 Cookbooks.
It would so be worth your time to look through all of her amazing recipes. She is also a very skilled and talented photographer, and everything she makes just looks beautiful. Check out her Thanksgiving line up here, here, and holiday recipes here.
And then there's Kathy over at Healthy. Happy. Life.
Check out that pie! You better believe this is on my list. Again, she's amazing at organizing all of her recipes and giving you tons of ideas for Thanksgiving. You can choose from recipes based on your style, whether it be cozy casual, or elegant. Find it here and her whole Thanksgiving series here.
I could do this all day! Do you see why this has been so hard to narrow it down. I just have a few more to share.
Meet The Shannons, are a new one to me, recommended by my sister in-law. What is so cool about their blog is that they are veganizing the entire Betty Crocker Cookbook. Wanna know what we're having for Thanksgiving breakfast?? These bad boys:
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting. Needless to say, everyone is excited about that.
Then there's The Fat Free Vegan Kitchen, and you know I'm all about healthy. So I appreciate that in a cook.
Food should taste good, but don't we all want it to also be good for us! Well you can find tons of good for your wholesome foods here.
And if you're in the mood to do some hunting. I want to make just about everything from what I've seen here on Finding Vegan.
So is everyone else as crazy about Thanksgiving as me? Do you love to cook or are you going to let someone else do all of the preparations? This may be the wrong question to ask since I said I had my list all figured out...but what are your Holiday must haves?

You got my mouth watering with that bad boy cinnamon roll. Geesh Nikki. :-)

P.S. Can I come to your house for Thanksgiving instead?
