As soon as I had the go ahead to workout I started back at it again. At first I was all over the place. I tried starting up a few different things, but I just couldn't stay consistent with anything. And nothing really seemed to be working. I kind of felt like my body was at war with me.
I mean I know it took time to put all of this weight on, and my body had just gone through something traumatic, but I knew if I didn't get back to work soon, it would haunt me longer than I wanted it to.
I hadn't really checked out the website fully since I was just sticking to the pregnancy routines, but when I did I found it has so much more to offer than I ever realized.
So the way it works is, you subscribe monthly and you get full access to loads of workouts and online help.
Being that I'm home most of the time with the boy, and I live in a city of 20+ million people, the best option for me was definitely doing something from home. I spent some time doing the New Mom workouts, and really felt myself getting stronger in no time. I decided I was ready to kick it up a notch and started in on the Super Fit workouts and this time...stick to a plan. I find it to be challenging but doable, and I definitely have areas to improve, but I'm getting there.
