Proof that you can enjoy Holidays and not sabotage your weight. I worked hard all week to really watch my portion control, something I'm discovering I still struggle with, and hit my workouts most days. I missed one due to fighting a little cold. All of that plus a slice of yummy carrot cake and ended a good week well!
I would love to know what you are doing for workouts (and where you find the time). I need to get back into a routine and took a whole year off because I didn't want anything to affect my milk supply (but also because bf'ing was helping me keep the weight off), but ever since I stopped, the weight has come back quickly.
