I've worked out so hard this week. Felt like my eating was nearly flawless. And here are my results:
Weight: I don't know what to write here. I got up this morning and weighed 207.2 I was disappointed. I laid back down for a few minutes, got up and said ok...time to report my results. Weighed. 208.4. What? Why? I don't understand. I'm a little disappointed.
Measurements:
Chest: 39
Waist: 37
Hips: 50
Thighs: 30
Calves: 16 1/2
Arms: 14 1/2
So you lost in your waist and your hips. Yay for you!
