Results for Friday January 29th. (I'm a little late, because we haven't had any kind of internet connection)
Weight: 208
Means one pound gained, and I'm totally bummed. We sat in the car a lot. Had some meals with people who cooked in totally unhealthy ways. But I'm still at it. Trying to exercise when I can, and thankful these past few days we have been with people who understand when I tell them I'm trying to eat healthier. Here's to hoping this weeks sees better results.
I'm really ready to get back under 200.
EDIT: I published this and then went back and saw that I actually didn't gain any weight, but I maintained...so I guess that's better news. =)
At least you didn't gain any and that is positive. Now, I want to see more pictures!
