Results for February 5th.

So things are moving slow, but at least they're moving. I was really bummed last week to have maintained my weight since I'm trying to loose it, but this week I've tried to gain some perspective. There is constantly food being offered, and desserts around every corner. The temptation is high, and I didn't do horrible but it could have been better. It's hard being on the road, and it seems like Baptist are the worst. But I'm holding my own, and trying to be disciplined. On the positive though, this past week I was able to work out everyday, except for one, that I wanted to. Which just pumped up my whole attitude towards things. I just feel so much better when I'm able to work out. So I feel like I'm on a good streak, and I have some things coming up in the next few weeks that I'm looking forward to. I'll talk about those as they come.
