Weekly Weigh In

Friday, May 21, 2010: 188.4 (Not quite where I wanted to be but it is back down, so that's nice)
BMI: 28.6
Body Fat Percentage: 32% (I want to bring this percentage down to just 20%, which means my weight needs to be 165.  Which then means, I need to lose 23.4 pounds to get there.)

Measurements:
Chest: 36

Waist: 33

Hips: 46

Thighs: 27

Arms: 13 1/2
