Breakfast of Champions

A while back when I was in Kansas City I discovered a magnificent little treat:

Check out the stats on this stuff:
Serving Size: 2 TBS
Calories: 45
Total Fat: 1g
Sat. Fat: 0g
Protein: 4g 
(No additives, all natural-- made from roasted peanuts, cocoa powder, sugar and salt)

Other peanut butters:
Serving Size: 2 TBS
Calories: 190
Total Fat: 16g
Sat Fat: 3g
Protein: 7g
(Made from roasted peanuts, sugar, molasses, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils, mono and diglycerides, salt) 

So for breakfast I warmed up a whole grain pita, spread some PB2 on it, added some organic unsweetened coconut, and cocoa nibs.  It was like eating a pastry.  So good!  And currently I'm watching Jordan do Turbo Jam, which makes life even better!  Love it!

  1. I totally love it too! I haven't tried the one with chocolate, but the regular peanut butter is amazing. I'm totally stocking up when I come to KC in August!
