Day 2 of Jogging










Today felt really good.  I completed my fastest mile again and finally got my Nike+ calibrated correctly.  It's fun having a goal to work towards.  I'm still on the path of losing weight, but it's nice to have a different goal attached to it.  

Things I noticed about this run:  I definitely shot out of the gate and then found my rhythm and stayed pretty consistent.  I always start out too fast.  I like be able to see what I did and then know how to make adjustments.  Secondly I was up at 5:15 this morning so I decided to drink some coffee and eat a little something to hold me over...I decided upon Peanut Butter Puffins, because I was so glad to have some again (got em' on sale at Food for Thought!  Woohoo!)  with almond milk.  Bad choice...I kind of felt it sloshing in my stomach even though it wasn't very much.  Lesson learned.  Still trying to figure out my eating coupled with exercise.  What do you find yourself doing?
