I say that...but I really do like a good challenge. And how is this for challenges?
Do you see it coming? I was more than half-way through my run at this point, but I was already feelin the hills...but I had forgotten about this bad boy. I don't really think this picture does it justice...it was scary.
I had a hard time getting up and out the door this morning. I was doubting myself since last week was a little rough, but I pushed through all of those feelings and told myself to just go and see how I do. It was a beautiful morning out. I love seeing the day unfold on a morning run.
You can't really see it at all...but those little bumps in the middle are geese. There's a lake over by my parents house that flocks of geese come to every year. Most of the time they're pretty obnoxious, but it was cool to see them dotting the hill, with the sun coming up behind them.
Oh the city of fountains. I love coming to Kansas City. It really is a good place to call home. We haven't gotten to do too much exploring in the past few years though, so I'm hoping to change that this week. In fact I'm hoping that this next 4 months has a lot of that in it. We moved out this weekend, and now are officially vagabonds. We're stepping out in faith, and trusting Him every step of the way. He has never failed us, and I'm certain...He NEVER WILL!
