This run is not as even as my others, but that's because today when I hit the pavement, I decided it would be a fun idea to just take off. Sheer joy overflowed, as I thought about my new weight, and I was pumped up to have some new music streaming through my earbuds. And then, I realized I was only at 1/2 mile. I tried to keep my pace as best I could, and as you can see I slowed down a hair, and then managed to bring it back up in the second mile. But I still recorded my fastest time yet. I guess today is really a record breaking day for me. I feel like I can conquer the world now! =)
